We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, provided you meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Important: The 30-day period begins from the date of purchase, not from when you first access the course.

You Are Eligible for a Refund If:
- You request the refund within 30 days of purchase
- You have consumed less than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded more than 30% of the course materials
- You have not completed the final quiz or project
- You have not received a completion certificate
- The course has a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content
- The course content significantly differs from what was advertised
You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
- You have completed more than 30% of the course content
- You have received a completion certificate
- You have downloaded the majority of course materials
- You purchased the course using a promotional discount of 80% or more
- You have violated our Terms of Service
- You simply changed your mind without a valid reason
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Email our support team at refunds@dksclass.online with your refund request. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for refund.
Include the following in your refund request:
- Full name and email address used for purchase
- Course name and purchase date
- Order/Transaction ID from Razorpay
- Detailed reason for requesting refund
- Screenshots if reporting technical issues
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may ask for additional information or clarification during this process.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
5. Refund Methods and Timeline
5.1 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card
- Net Banking: Refunded to the source bank account
- UPI: Refunded to the linked bank account
- Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet
5.2 Processing Timeline
- Request Review: 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days (depends on your bank)
Note: Total refund time may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:
- If you have consumed between 30-50% of the course content
- For technical issues that affected part of your learning experience
- If only certain modules of a course had issues
- Based on the circumstances and our discretionary review
7. Course Bundle Refunds
For course bundles or multiple course purchases:
- Individual courses within a bundle may be refunded if they meet eligibility criteria
- Bundle discounts will be recalculated if partial refunds are issued
- Promotional pricing may affect refund amounts
- Each course in the bundle is evaluated separately for refund eligibility
8. Technical Issues and Course Quality
8.1 Technical Problems
If you experience technical issues that prevent access to course content:
- Contact our technical support team immediately
- We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- If issues cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided
- Technical issues do not include user device or internet connectivity problems
8.2 Course Quality Concerns
If course content significantly differs from what was advertised:
- Provide specific details about the discrepancies
- Include screenshots or examples where applicable
- We will review and may offer course improvements or refunds
9. Special Circumstances
9.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from completing a course. In cases of serious medical issues or family emergencies, please contact us with documentation. We will review such cases individually and may offer:
- Extended access to course materials
- Course transfer to a later date
- Special consideration for refund requests
9.2 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course multiple times, contact us immediately. Duplicate purchases will be refunded in full regardless of the 30-day period.
10. Gift Purchases
For courses purchased as gifts:
- The purchaser must request the refund, not the recipient
- Same eligibility criteria apply based on recipient's usage
- Gift certificates have a 1-year validity period
- Unused gift certificates may be refunded within the validity period
11. Corporate and Bulk Purchases

12. Refund Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse our refund policy, including:
- Repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for courses
- Downloading entire course content before requesting refunds
- Providing false information in refund requests
- Attempting to access course content after receiving a refund
13. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your access to the course will be immediately revoked
- You will not be able to access any downloaded materials
- Any certificates earned will be invalidated
- Course progress and data will be permanently deleted
